A practice for those finding their way.
Compxss is a wellness culture rooted in movement, music, and community — built around a simple compxss of disciplines that orient a life: mind, body, soul, connection.
Built by an artist. For the practice.
Compxss was founded by Grammy-nominated artist Olu — known to fans as Johnny Venus of EarthGang. After years on stages around the world, Olu turned inward, building a personal practice that blended yoga, meditation, breathwork, and the wisdom traditions he'd encountered along the way.
What started as a private discipline became a public invitation: a wellness practice for people who don't see themselves in the polished, sanitized version of "wellness" that dominates the industry. A practice for the artist, the athlete, the seeker — anyone trying to find their way.
Compxss is the result. A studio, a community, a culture. A compxss.
"You don't need to know where you're going. You need a compxss."
